Are these real medications or compounded alternatives?

We primarily offer compounded formulations from licensed 503A pharmacies. Compounded medications contain the same active pharmaceutical ingredient (semaglutide or tirzepatide) but are not FDA-approved and have not undergone FDA review for safety, efficacy, or bioequivalence. Your clinician will explain the differences and recommend the right option for you.

How do I inject myself at home?

It's much simpler than it sounds. All medications come with detailed printed instructions and video guides. The injection is subcutaneous — just under the skin, not into a muscle. Most patients describe it as a mild pinch. Our care team can walk you through your first injection via video if needed.

Am I a good candidate?
