Clinician-prescribed & delivered to your door
Whether you're here for weight loss, hormone balance, or performance optimization — 1stRX connects you with a licensed clinician who prescribes compounded medications tailored to your goals, delivered straight to your door.
Lose Weight Fast with Real Prescription GLP-1s
No fluff. No waiting. Real doctors. Real results.
We prescribe compounded formulations containing the same active ingredients used in leading weight loss medications — GLP-1 receptor agonists and GLP-1/GIP dual agonists — delivered via easy subcutaneous injection. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not interchangeable with those branded products.
A weekly injectable GLP-1 receptor agonist that reduces appetite and slows gastric emptying. Contains the same active ingredient (semaglutide) as branded weight loss medications. Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved and is not the same as Ozempic® or Wegovy®.
A once-weekly dual GLP-1/GIP receptor agonist — a highly effective dual-action injectable. Contains the same active ingredient (tirzepatide) as branded weight loss medications. Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved and is not the same as Mounjaro® or Zepbound®.
No hidden fees. No insurance required. Everything included — shipped to your door. Cancel anytime.
*Starting price is for patients who are new to GLP-1 medications — meaning you have never used a GLP-1 injection before, or you have not used one in the past 45 days. This is not limited to new 1stRX patients. All prices are for compounded formulations; final pricing is confirmed during your consultation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Everything happens online — no waiting rooms, no commute, no hassle.
Answer a short health questionnaire about your goals, medical history, and current medications. Takes about 5 minutes.
A licensed provider reviews your information and will contact you for a consult within 24 hrs to determine the right medication and dose.
If approved, your prescription is fulfilled at a licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped discreetly to your door — typically within 5–7 business days.
Your journey doesn't end at the prescription. Your care team checks in regularly to monitor your progress, adjust dosing as needed, and answer any questions you have — all through secure messaging or video.
We built 1stRX to make the most effective treatments accessible, affordable, and human.

* All medications listed are compounded formulations prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved but are regulated under applicable pharmacy law. Clinical trial results referenced are from studies of brand-name medications containing the same active ingredients, not compounded formulations. Individual results vary based on dosage, adherence, diet, activity level, and other factors. Results are not guaranteed or typical. Always consult with your clinician before starting any new medication.
We primarily offer compounded formulations from licensed 503A pharmacies. Compounded medications contain the same active pharmaceutical ingredient (semaglutide or tirzepatide) but are not FDA-approved and have not undergone FDA review for safety, efficacy, or bioequivalence. Your clinician will explain the differences and recommend the right option for you.
It's much simpler than it sounds. All medications come with detailed printed instructions and video guides. The injection is subcutaneous — just under the skin, not into a muscle. Most patients describe it as a mild pinch. Our care team can walk you through your first injection via video if needed.
Generally, you may be a candidate if you have a BMI of 21 or above. Your clinician will make the final determination based on your health history. Some conditions and medications may disqualify you; the assessment will screen for these.
The most common side effects of GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications are gastrointestinal: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation — particularly when starting or increasing your dose. These typically subside within a few weeks. Ask your provider about options to help with these side effects. Less common but serious side effects may include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, and thyroid concerns. GLP-1 medications carry a boxed warning about thyroid C-cell tumors observed in animal studies. Your clinician will discuss the full risk profile during your consultation.
Your medication ships from a licensed US compounding pharmacy in refrigerated, insulated packaging. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Your refills are managed automatically so you never run out.
Compounded medications are generally not covered by insurance. Brand-name versions (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound) may be covered with prior authorization, but insurance coverage is inconsistent. Many patients find our compounded pricing is lower than their brand-name co-pays.
