  • Do not guarantee specific weight loss results or outcomes (e.g., "you will lose 22% of your body weight").
  • Do not claim compounded medications are the same as, equivalent to, or interchangeable with any FDA-approved drug (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®).
  • Do not make medical claims or suggest the medications treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
